After visiting so many beautiful places in Swiss it was time for Shopping. I was more than happy to say that finally, we were set to go out with our shopping list. So, we are at the most popular street or tourist spot at Interlaken know as Congress or officially Bahnhofstrasse street, Interlaken.

There are so many things to buy at Switzerland Swiss watches, chocolates, souvenir, knife, cuckoo clocks…and the list goes on. We spend almost 4 hours shopping and believe me it was really worth. we visited a few shops initially but we found many items on our list. The name of the shop “Interlaken Souvenirs & Watches AG”. As soon as we entered the Shop we were greeted by a nice lady (shopkeeper). It took me a while to connect with the lady because there were so many beautiful things in the shop to look around.

After a few minutes another lady entered the shop and started guiding us & the previous lady was off from her duty. While I was speaking to her we came to know that she Hails from India and we very surprised. Her name ‘Archana and she was really kind and patience. It took almost took 1 hour to finalize the gift items as all were so attractive and nice. We purchased souvenirs, gifts, watches from her shop including cuckoo clocks at discounted prices.

After purchasing gift items, souvenirs and watches from her shop we headed to buy Swiss chocolates.

We stopped by at the ‘Laderach’ shop and was amazed to see the variety of chocolates i.e. dark, milk, liquor, flavored etc. its bit expensive but worth to buy for self.

On the same street, you can buy chocolates from Lindt outlet or from supermarkets (Coop, denner & Migros)

We enjoyed doing shopping in Interlaken, walking down the street exploring different shops, chocolates, Movenpick ice-cream.

So, if you traveling to Interlaken & planning for shopping do visit this shop.

Tip: 

1. On this same street you can cover many tour attractions, Hard Kulm, Cruise ride/boat ride, Shopping, Lt. Yash Chopra statue, Krussal Casino, paragliding etc…many more. you need to plan your activities prior.

2. please check watches before you buy and just for information many places (country) doesn’t have authorized dealers of Swiss military incase you face any problem with watch later.
