‘Kulcha King’ an Indian Inspired Everyday food. One of our favorite restaurant to Dine-in but this is first time to order online for home delivery. As we all know ‘Kulcha King’ is famous for stuffed kulcha’s which we always relish but this time we thought to explore their claypot chicken Biryani and Kadhai chicken. Not to forget my husband’s favorite Mango Lassi, I am sure many of them like it too😊

During this pandemic situation visiting a restaurant (dine-In) is bit risky, though restaurants are taking full precautions and following safety guidelines but we still preferred to order food online which we usually don’t like because for Dine-in if something goes wrong we can immediately approach to them and for home delivery there are no such chances.

So, what we ordered online (Home Delivery)

Chicken Tikka Clay pot Biryani: It was really delicious not very spicy, a perfect blend of spices and totally eye appealing. Chargrilled boneless chicken tikka were soft and fresh. chicken tikka was tasty as it was nicely marinated and cooked well. Biryani was nicely layered with chicken tikka and fragrant long grain basmati rice. Served with raita.

Mango Lassi: It’s a yogurt based beverage with added flavor of tangy Mango and sugar. Its flavor is really tempting.

Me and my 9year old son relished it. The only drawback I thought was as we ordered claypot biryani and I felt it was not cooked in the claypot. They just filled the biryani in the claypot and when we received it was not hot also. May be next time I need to clear my doubts and then order.

Kadhai Chicken: The taste of this dish was really authentic Kadhai veg mixed with boneless chicken pieces. If you like kadhai sabji then you must try this though many people might not like veggies mixed with chicken. As my son did not like ☹ he only wanted was chicken pieces. Kadhai chicken was nice, medium spicy and prepared in simple aromatic spices, herbs, onion, capsicum etc.

Here, the only drawback was the plastic container of  kadhai chicken which should be replaced with good quality as it’s was very thin and not good to keep hot food items.

Overall: we had a nice meal as always the food was good and sufficient quantity. Every person has different taste buds but the best way is to explore different kinds of food.
