Moreish Restaurant & Café (Dubai)

After a long wait, we finally visited ‘Moreish’ restaurant located at Al Mankhool, Dubai. A vegetarian/ vegan restaurant that serves Italian, Mexican, and continental food. To our surprise, we came to know that this restaurant is owned by an Indian family and they have introduced a unique homestyle but creative menu. A family of cooks who discovered the likings of foodies. We met the owner Mrs. Vanita who chatted with us and asked for feedback.

Ambiance: A cozy, simple, and classy décor gives a homely feeling. There is a mini library for readers at the restaurant.

Staff: I can say a friendly & polite staff and are well aware of menu ingredients. As we were visiting 1st time, the lady who was taking our order helped us elaborate the dishes. It made it easy for us to decide on the menu.

We ordered,

1. Tomato & Basil soup: A homestyle soup served with croutons. Freshly made soup with added basil & cream gives a nice, tangy flavor.

2. Arancini Balls: A recommended dish by friends & staff at the restaurant. These are crunchy rice balls filled with cheddar cheese inside and topped with tangy tomato dip and parmesan sauce. I must say a must-try dish. It was delicious.

3. Nachos Grande: Nachos a famous Mexican dish. As many people are a fan of this dish & so we are 🙂 So, a yummy and well-presented dish was on our table. It had beans, melted cheese, salsa, jalapenos, sour cream, etc. A tasty treat.

4. Homestyle Ramen: A simple & less spicy dish. Well-cooked ramen with added mushroom, tofu, cherry tomato & topped with peanuts, sesame seeds, chili oil & lime broth.

Overall we had a different & homestyle dinner. My family and I enjoyed the dining experience.
