Disneyland Paris (2days)

Welcome to the World of Dreams!!! Disneyland is a Theme park where stories come to life. Every child from his childhood is fascinated by Disney world and dreams to visit one of the Disney parks in his/her life. For me, it was not possible during my childhood days but it became possible now because of my son. He is so fascinated by Disney characters that we finally planned a tour and enjoyed 2days at Disneyworld.

There are two other segments ‘Disney Village’ which includes a variety of restaurants, small food outlets, entertainment and another ‘Val d’Europe’ a shopping center or merchandise stores including a variety of outlet shops and large department stores with a huge Disney Store.

There are different sections in the theme park, Fantasyland, Discovery land, Adventure land, Frontier land.

There are 7 Disneyland Hotels located near the Entrance of the Park. Apart from these, there are 6 onsite Partner Hotels which are not managed by Euro Disney but provides free shuttle service buses to the park.

We stayed at their partner Hotel: Vienna House Magic Circus Hotel.

Transport: A railway station, Marne-la-Vallee-Chessy is located between the theme parks and Disney village which provides a direct connection with the center of Paris. The railway station is also served by long-distance high-speed TGV and Ouigo trains offering direct services to many cities.

Tips

  1. Reach early to the Park to avoid Rush.
  2. Carry Hard copy of pre-ticket Booking.
  3. Before getting into the queue for rides read their instruction board, especially for the kid, as certain rides are not suitable for kids.
  4. To save time in a long queue you can reserve a time slot for the next ride at their ticket counter. But make sure to reach on your allotted time.
  5. Pick map from the entrance and follow the same route. A map will always help you to prioritize your rides and attractions which you are interested in.
  6. Both parks have different closer timings do check.
  7. Check their stage show, firework and parade show timings before.

The Parks are clean & all rides are perfectly running machines. The main focus of Disneyland is purely for children but elder visitors are not ignored. The specialty of the park is there are no repetitions of any Disney character or setup/making.

Some places give you memories, experiences, thrill, fun, and this place is one of them. So, be ready for surprises & laughter.
