RamKrishna Hotel (Pune)

Ramkrishna officially known as Rama Krishna (RK) is one of the oldest and my favorite hotel in Pune. I am visiting this restaurant from past 12years. Food, Ambiance, location everything is great. So, if you’re looking for a pure veg restaurant in the core city area then ‘RamKrishna’ would be a great option.

This restaurant is located in the camp area, Pune which is surrounded by various shopping centers, malls and ideally a renowned place for hangout.

Food: This restaurant offers an exquisite vegetarian spread to satisfy your palate with various cuisines like south Indian, North Indian, Chinese, and Mughlai. You will get a variety of dishes right from breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner.

Ambiance: RamKrishna Hotel is located in a Victorian building which in itself gives a natural rustic ambiance. A decent ambiance offering two different seating area A/C and Non-A/C. They provide very spacious, huge seating area which can serve 220people at a time. Seating arrangements i.e sofa, chairs, table are comfortable. Overall you will get a very relaxing and fine dining experience here.

This place is great to visit with family, friends, and groups.

Service: Service is good but might be slow during rush hours or weekends. Staff is very polite and friendly. Management of such a huge hotel is great, all things work very swiftly.

During my recent visit, I had a great lunch at Ramkrishna, Pune along with my cousins.

What we ordered??

Soups

Tomato soup and corn soup

1rk

Tomato Soup: I had opted for tomato soup and it was good, tasty, correct consistency. many times tomato soups tend to be very sour in taste which was not the case. It had a balanced taste of tomato, salt and little sweetness to it.

Corn Soup: though it was ordered by my other cousins, I just had a chance to taste it but it was good with an added variety of veggies giving a mild and suttle taste.

Starter

1. Hara Bara Kabab: These starters were delicious and a good mix of ingredients. It was crunchy and were perfectly cooked from inside-out.  each bite gives you a great taste when combined with green chutney. It was sided with a nice salad.
